Hi, this is Zhe Du 🔊/dʒə/ /duː/. I am a fifth year PhD student in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Michigan under the supervision of Laura Balzano and Necmiye Ozay. I received my B.Eng. in Electrical Engineering and Automation at Huazhong University of Science & Technology (HUST). My research interests mainly lie in the intersection of learning and control. I have been studying classical control problems such as system identification, adaptive control, and reduction with recent learning advances such as clustering, online learning, and high-dimensional statistics. I am seeking a postdoc position starting around this fall. Here is my resume. If you are interested in or have any questions regarding my work, feel free to email me (zhedu AT umich DOT edu).
